Prior to 10/1/2010 receives 100% refund
10/1/2010-11/1/2010 receives 50% refund
All cancellations after 11/1/2010 will forfeit entry fee but may be eligible for discounted entry for 2011 if the slot can be filled by another team
*In the case of event cancellation due to unforeseeable circumstances, all pre-paid entries may be eligible for a partial refund of no more than 50% of the entry fee paid or discounted entry for 2011, at the organizing committee’s discretion. |
